Re-Instatement of surface

• All surfaces interfered with during execution of the work to be restored by the responsible Utility.
• Surfaces shall be reinstated to their original or better condition.
• Where the Utility made use of a Contractor’s services, the Utility remains accountable for re-instatement of the surface.
• Should the Utility have a need to relocate the infrastructure, a formal request should be made to the relevant party.
